Tony Snow, a great American with such a blessed outlook on America, his family and most of all his humor along the way. He will be sadly missed by all of Conservative AMERICAN'S. As they say, only the good die young, and I yet to understand why that is. My heartfelt condolences to his family, childrens, friends and fellow American's who appreciated him for his honesty, integrety and commitment to our country. Thank you Tony, may you rest forever in peace!

I so enjoyed when he filled in for Rush. He was funny and charming. I know the White House was a better place when he was Press Secretary. Such integrity (hey Scott McClellan are you reading this?) Tony Snow was a true class act. I ponder why Russert got so much more coverage than him....oh yeah, the "C" word......he was a conservative!

User avatar

A man who of integrity. Which is so hard to find in the news business let alone in daily life. A man who knew he was rich because he had a wife and children that he loved and provided for. I pray they take comfort in that. America is a sadder place because he is gone. May God hold him in His Arms and grant him eternal rest and his family feel the prayers of those of us who want to thank them for sharing their husband and daddy with us, Americans.

This is a man I greatly admired! I was thrilled when he became Press Secretary to the President. I am so saddened by his passing! My mother, like his, died from colon cancer. He was a joy to watch in the White House and on Fox. I feel like I lost a dear friend. I know he had a strong faith in God and that he is now with God! I pray for him and his family. He was so young and this is a tragedy. God keep him in your care until we all meet in Heaven. You will be missed Tony. You were a great man, in all ways! The world has lost a treasure!

I AM A STAUNCH DEMOCRAT THAT GREATLY ADMIRED TONY SNOW AS THE BEST REFLECTION OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY I HAD EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE TIME. HE WAS A MOST REMARKABLE AND CHARISMATIC GENTLEMAN. I WILL MISS HEARING HIS VOICE. A BIG AND IRREPLACEABLE LOSS FOR ALL OF US.

User avatar

Tony was the first newsman that ever made the news FUN! My deepest condolences to his wife and three children. We have all lost a great man, an authentic man who loved life and understood the connection to every human being. Please watch over us and see if you can convince the Good Lord to keep us safe. Thank you for what you taught us by your shinning example. Blessings.

That wonderful man and husband and father has lost his battle with cancer. Last year when he got sick again I sent him an e mail wishing him well. I just heard someone say on Fox News that he had a way of making people feel significant...imagine...he took the time to write me back...not a form letter... but a warm and engaging reply...from a busy guy fighting for his life.

For Believers, to be "absent from the body" is to be "present with the Lord." Tony, you faith in Christ has now become sight; you are blessed! This is not "Goodbye", this is "See you soon, dear brother." Tony has made a great mark on our country as an incredible spokesman for conservative Americans. His voice will continue to echo throughout the media for years to come, for that we are grateful. His voice today is now echoing through the halls of heaven, praising his Lord and Savior Who called him home. Our prayers are with his family. We will see you again soon, Tony...in Glory.

If Tony ever had a void to fill, he filled it with his faith in God. He knew who he was and who he belonged to. So it's no wonder he was unflappable, humble, funny, great wit, total family man and caring for all fellow human beings. I loved his smile and the constant twinkle in his eyes. My prayers now are with his family.

I discovered Tony Snow on 9-11-01. I watched him daily from that day forward. When he was chosen for the White House Press Secretary, I was so proud for him, but missed him on FOX. He was so informed...so fair...and such a real person...humble...I loved his humor...and knew what graciousness was all about....and I have to say...he was very easy to look at...! This world needs more Tony Snow's...and will miss this one greatly. My heart is saddened and my prayers are with his family and his multitude of friends around the world. God bless you, Tony...and thank you so much!

We were privileged to hear Tony Snow speak in Indian Wells, CA in the spring of 2008. He was an inspiration to the crowd and showed us that we could justly be proud of our country, our values and freedoms. At a time when the mainstream media is so critical and negative, Tony gave his audience an honest inside view of the President. He described his "boss" as the best person he had ever worked for. We feel that we have lost a patriot and a true American with the passing of Tony Snow. Bless you, Tony, for the wonderful down to earth humble human being that you were. Your wife and children, family and friends will remember you with love and a thankfulness of having been privileged to share time with such a special individual.

It's hard to put in to words the sadness I feel at the loss of this great man. There are too many supurlatives to describe him and I thank him for teaching my 3 children what it means to put family first as well as being so informative when it came to politics. My children are adults, two married and living in other states but they texted me about Tony. To me it was like losing a brother, a part of the family. My mother also died of colon cancer after giving the ultimate fight. She never complained even though I being in medicine knew that once there were mets. in both lobes of the liver this horrible invader would win. To Jill and the children I will pray for you but know that you were so fortunate to have this wonderful man in your life. I know Tony liked jazz and blues but there is a song on the new Eagles double disc that is so indicative of Tony. Although I was never friends with him I think the song would be what he would want us to do. It's called, " It's Your World Now." God Bless you all and Thank you Tony!

I'm so happy that Fox News chose to spend several prime time hours honoring your life and times. I hope dvds of the shows are given to the children so they can see how beloved their Father was as they get older. Your lovely smile and upbeat attitude will be missed by many more than you know. God Bless you.

Tony was a true patriot and he will be sadly missed by those of us who believe in patriotism. He was a loyal conservative who was willing to listen to both sides of an issue. He conducted himself in a manner which did not seek praise for himself but instead he strived to show a fair and balanced difference between conservative values and liberal values. Sadly it appears there is little mention of Tony's passing by the biased news media of the country, as compared to that of Tim Russert who also was a patriot. In Tim's case the liberal media was quick to send praises and high accolades of his liberal achievements, but it seems in Tony's case, this is not to be. Only by those of us who shared the same vaues as he did. May you rest in peace my friend, knowing that you may be gone in our world, but you'll never be forgotten - John Ford Sr.

My heart grieves that Tony's smiling, pure, lovely, positive face will not be on my TV in a "live" format. But I hear that Tony was a man who was a believer in Jesus as His Savior, God as His Father, and the Spirit of God seemed to iminate from his face. Therefore, he was my brother. I feel drawn to people like that. I will miss that special person. I pray that the Spirit of God will be a comfort, healer and teacher for his family. See you later, Tony!!!!!!!!

My deepest sympathy and prayers to his beloved wife and children, his entire family, friends, and colleagues. He will be sorely missed.

Rest in Peace Mr. Tony Snow. Tony Snow was the only thing I had liked about the Bush administration. I know he "Wagged the Dog" when needed but Tony Snow had an integrity and humor about him that was unmatched in any Whitehouse Press Secretary I have seen in the past. I also believe he had a natural, simple honesty Even though you knew he was not telling you everything .. ( I, myself, don't need to know everything anyway ) I believed in my heart and mind that what he was telling me was the truth !!! I say this, not just as a Democrat, but as an American I will not miss the Bush administration when they go but I will honestly miss Mr. Tony Snow. The Whitehouse, the Media and America have lost a good man !!

Tony Snow lived his life the way life is intended to be lived. I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to his wife, children, family, friends and colleagues. Tony made the difference so many of us hope to make and our country is better that we had him and a less that we have lost him. I am comforted by the fact that Tony knew what was important in this life and the next. May God bless you, everyone.

I first heard Tony when he was a sub for Rush. I was excited when he started his own radio show. He really came through on his show and that is where I started to consider Tony a friend. I was interested when he told about the fire and later repair of his house. It made me realize that this is a guy with the same everyday problems as us all, he does not have a glorified easy life. I was happy for him when he became President Bush's press secretary - but I was extremely sad that I could no longer hear from him everyday. I naively thought when he left the press secretary job that he would get back on the radio. I was wrong, he was sicker than many of us thought. Tony was a great man to be held up as a roll model - a roll model of how to be a human being. God bless you Tony. I thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To the Snow family, I am saddened along with many others at the loss of your husband and father. Tony was a pleasure to listen to on the air, and his passion for truth in the midst of the political arena was evident in his commentary and analysis on both radio and television. I am also encouraged that your loved one was a man of faith, who obviously love Jesus. you could sense it in his voice and by the way he carried himself on the air. I didn't know him personally, but as a listener, got a sense that this was a man of conviction and devotion to his family and his Lord. The prayers of many are with you as you mourn your loss, and yet in due time there will be Joy because Tony is in a better place.

I'll always remember Tony for practicing his Sax with his bedroom window open, driving the neighbours nuts! We lived across the street from each other (Tivoli Ln) and my brother and his brother,Steve, would play touch football occasionally,on weekends and would end up arguing over the boundaries which were his back yard. Everyone always knew that he was destined for great things in his life. An untra-liberal that crossed over to being a dyed in the wool conservative. He really cared for his country! There is not enough room here to convey all the stories that could be told about our childhood in Heritage Hill. My prayers go out to his family and I know that Heaven just gained a new resident! God Bless, Tony. You will be missed more than you can ever imagine. A piece of my childhood died along with you, brother. Bill

My husband and I have been Fox Fans since the show began, in our late 30's, early 40's. We are still avid Fox watcher, but when Tony Snow was on, your attention just gravitated to the TV. He was certainly not in your face, calm, energy flowed in the most positive way. He was a very attractive man and not just because of his looks, what enhanced his features was his personality and great character. We didn't have to personally know him to admire and respect him. He will be missed. Much prayers and thoughts from our family.
