I had the pleasure of working with Michael at EMG and am blessed to have been able to do so. He was an amazing man with a great love of life, family and friends. He had an enthusiasm for life and people that was just unbeliveable. Always with a smile on his face. This world could use more people like Michael. God Bless his family and friends who are mourning a great man!!

Michael was such a loving and kind person who learned and addressed everyone by their first names. Working for Michael at EMG for 7 years was some of the best times of my working memories. I truly respected him and cared deeply for him as a person and a friend. May God be with his blood family and his EMG family. You guys have to know that him and Mary Zissimos are up there as we speak hugging and laughing. We miss and love you both!!!!!

It was a real pleasure when I met Mike Logsdon for the first time. He was our next door neighbor on Central Ave in Reisterstown. Mike always had a smile and was bubbling with enthusiasm. He had a passion for life and we spent many hours in his basement conversing while drinking Beringer's White Zinfandel. He loved music and so did I. I added a snapshot of me playing with Mike in the basement of his old rock group - The High Tyde. What a treat. MIke was very considerate. I remember he bought a Harley Davidson and was excited to ride and took a spin at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The noise was so loud that it woke me up on the one day that I can sleep in. I asked Mike later in the day, " what was that noise?" He apologized not realizing how loud it was. The following Saturday, I watched him walk the bike down the street before starting the engine. What a guy! Although our time was short together, I do miss him. It meant a lot that I had the opportunity to know him.

I met Michael 12 years ago when I came to work for his company, EMG. He was not only a good friend and succesful entrepreneur, he was also a lifelong musician and motorcycle enthusiast. He lived life to the fullest every day and always had a smile to give. I had the pleasure of knowing him before, during and after his battle with cancer. He never gave up his enthusiasm for life, family and friends and will be sorely missed. The world needs more people like him.

Michael Logsdon always had a smile on his face, no matter what he felt like inside. He never complained. He just kept hoping. He lived "The Secret", always staying positive, never giving up. I passed Michael's story on to two people that were diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. Two people that Michael never knew are living better now because of what he was about. They have decided to live like Michael did. They went into surgery and treatment with hope rather than the depression that they initially felt. He lived with cancer and fought to the very end. He was an amazing man. Michael should not only be remembered for the cancer that he desperately fought, but the man that built a company that prospered, one that brought people together and formed a family, a terrific father and grandfather and a caring husband. Michael loved his family. Michael was very proud, yet humble. He would tear up talking about how far "we" had come. He never took full credit for his accomplishments, always thanking others....his EMG family and friends....never forgetting his wife and children that he loved so much from the bottom of his heart. Michael defined Energized, Motivating and Growing. He will forever be in our hearts. I am grateful that I got to meet Michael, work for Michael and learn from such a great mentor of life.

I did not have the pleasure of being an employee at EMG when Michael was here, but did have the pleasure of meeting him only a few times. He always had a great spirit and smile on his face no matter what he was facing in his constant battles. For a man that went through so much in his life, he never gave up hope an always kept a positive outlook. I have heard so many stories on what a generous, outgoing, and caring man in his personal and professional life. My deepest sympathy to his family. May all your fond, and from what I have heard, your funny memories keep him alive in your minds and hearts. I know he will be greatly missed by all.

Santa Michael always had a smile on his face. Christmas just seemed to be that much more magical when Michael dressed up as Santa and visited the office. We will miss Michael more than words can say, however, he will remain in our hearts and memories for a lifetime. Love always to Patti & Ryan Michelle! Wendy Gabriel
