We want to shout this back to you "Jah Lives". We're glad that we've introduced your music to others that never knew you existed, it has become an insperation to their lives and so as our family, your music lives in our home, our car and any where we go. Your music lives on. You are an insperation to all. Quite often it's those that matters the most that's taken away but that's okay becuase you have left something significant and precious in so many peoples heart and it's making an impact on so many lives. "No Fear" as you expressed via your music that we must speak up for the greater of the nation. I know that you are now with your father in heaven and may you rest in peace. We love you and miss you dearly. By L.Woulf

It is with regret, i write this note. i always looked foward to hear new music ,new lirics form another great singer i do believe he is all the way up there with Brother BOB, Peter Tosh and thoes Great Guys who sing from Da Heart , Lirics that give hope in a hopeless world, music that give life to a crazy world where the word life has little meaning. it is about time we let hate die, no white, no black, no indian, one people different colors. I do believe God send messages through music and musicians. May he be remembered as one of those musicians that thought the word in the true Godly meaning.

Our hearts are still crying, can't believe that you 're gone from us. This is a lost to the world. You bring joy, peace and love to our homes with your songs. When we're feeling down we put on '' Lucky Dube live in concert' and we start singing and dancing. We were looking forward to another one, and instead, we got a knife through our hearts. We pray to God to accept what we cannot change. You'll forever be in our lives. RIP Brother.

Lucky Dube was my inspiration in Reggae music and my role model in Rasta. I used his songs to apologise to my fiancee any time there was a misunderstanding between us,but now,i am left alone in this craze world without my role model. Lucky, wherever you are i know deep down my heart that Jah will expose your killers and Tafarians will have their peace back for avenge. They might have taking affirmative action against you because they couldn`t do things on their own for themselves but i ask the Government of South Africa. What has your law done about Lucky`s death? What has the loving people of South Africa done about to ensure that the killers of Lucky are arrested,is it because he is not a political figure in practice he is soon forgotten? Anytime i am down hearted and i hear Lucky`s song play,i feel the world is turning round to a new creation, but now that he`s no more,i feel there`s no truth in this craze world and that democracy does not exist in South Africa. The rastafari Jah will big you up in spirit in our hearts wherever you are. To the family of Lucky, please accept my condolence. Jah bless you an d make your ghost hunt your killers own up. Rest in perfect peace bretheren. JAH bless!!! RASCUMBOLO for real!!!!
