May she be in the welcoming midst of our ancestors, enjoying her father Gollan's love, her husband John's embrace, and her son Tony's affections. May she be laughing with her sister Patricia, and sharing warm feelings with her mother Mary. May she be drinking a nice Brandy, planting some greens, and glazing an item, or two, for the kiln. May she forever be at peace in the realm where we all go one day, and may she be relating to everyone there how much love she took with and her and how much she left behind. May she now rest easy, knowing there are no less than eleven young people in this mortal world who carry her genes, and who will honour her memory every year when they remember her birthday, and now, to commerate her departure. Verney will be missed, and very well rembered by all who remain.
