I met Val in Dxb. We worked for the same Company and with time we became good friends, which turned to be even more... she was a sister to me. She loved her family dearly and did everything she could do to support and encourage them to do better. Life had not been truly fair to her, but she was a trooper who took long and strong strides to succeed. Her favourite pet were dogs. She be-friended every dog she saw, and one of our memories were that a pregnant girl who decided to make our "home" her home and we ended up having 12 puppies. It was our task was to ensure that the pups survived as the the mum who was weak could not help feed all of these little ones. What fun and joy Val and I had feeding and taking care of these pups. Val... loved dogs so much that she would even feed yogurt to them :) Not a good idea! Val... was not only a dear friend to me, but to my husband Clifford and my daughter Shona. We spent much weekends and celebration together. Val... is at peace now with no more suffering. We miss her
