So many fond and happy memories of Robert. His sense of humour, his funny tales with himself usually at the centre, his hospitality and his ability to get a crowd of lads into any occasion. Poem to Pendle Hill, overture to Walverden Park, Cheyenne walking down/in the river from the Packhorse Inn, lost among the gladioli in Victoria Park, dismantling tunes and even a piano on one occasion - and so many more. Never to be forgotten by his friends - in fact, probably by the whole of Nelson.
