Just got the sad news. Phil was a terriffic bloke. Always laughing and never a bad word about anybody.

PhilE, I remember those crazy Friday nights out 30 years ago when you, me, Grekk, Wazza, Phil ansd others used to create havoc at places like St James Tavern and the Trade Union Club, and then carrying you home after ;-) - then I was there at St james with you when yuo met Jen and you never loooked back, life was good. I can't remember a time I was with you when you were not jovial and laughing; it's been a priviledge to have known you and be your friend, I will miss you greatly. Love ya mate, Chris
