Peter was a dear man and I will miss him greatly.

Peter was an altar boy at my wedding to his first cousin Tony McCarthy in 1947.
I will always remember his kindness and may he rest in peace.

My recollections of Peter were when he was an 12year old boy serving on the altar at Parkes where I was married to his first cousin Tony McCarthy. From then on he became a member of our family (the McGann's) and John McCarthy was the altar boy at his wedding.
When we were holidaying with Peter and Ailsa at Wollongong in 1959 he was a great comfort when as a baby Mark McCarthy suddenly died.
Peter was always a loving friend to me and to all my family and I shall miss him greatly.
Love Eileen McCarthy
