RENTON, Nicholas (Nick) Edwin, AM 23.2.1931 – 16.4.2010 The Australian Shareholders' Association (ASA) remembers the late Nick Renton as its founder and its first Chairman in 1960, his continuing assistance to the Association, including the re-establishment of the Victorian Branch in November 1992 and his unstinting contribution towards improved business corporate governance and the interest of shareholders, particularly the retail shareholders.
