I leave for you, the poem that I wrote and read for you on your day of rest. "A moment to rest, a moment to mourn, a moment to say goodbye. You left us all so suddenly, you left us asking why. You were the center and the soul, you were the most important part. You left us with the thought of you, imprinted on our hearts. Grandmama you were to me, that will never change. It saddens me to stand here on this not so perfect day. But as I read these final words, it's this I want to say. I can be sure your memory, will forever stay." I will love you always, Melinda xxx

Netta. Your quick wit and dry sense of humour made you the person I loved. I have so many memories from the time we stayed with you then lived with you that no one can take away. May I be blessed with meeting you again one day wherever that may be. You were one special lady and I will miss you. With love, Janice.

Dear Grandmama, I can't thank you enough for all the inspiration you gave me to be passionate about food and cooking. There was never long between a good joke, a story, a bit of family history, or laughing so much at something silly we did that we would end up with tears in our eyes. I've loved all the happy times which are now all great memories. You always made us feel loved and know that we will always love you. Wayne. xxxxxxx
