I met Michael when I was a 21 year old medical student. His passion for recovery from alcoholism changed my life. I followed in his footsteps and became a psychiatrist and have worked towards the recovery of alcoholics and addicts for the last 30 years. I am saddened by his passing but grateful for his contribution.
