The Australian Army Psychology Corps Association wishes to express its condolences to Malcolm Duncan’s partner Suzanne, his family and friends. Malcolm was a regular, kilted marcher with the Association on ANZAC Day and he will be missed by his Association friends and colleagues. Rest in peace.

Malcolm ,sought to humiliate those responsible,and expose Government wilful neglect ,promoting Sleaze,in a district 3 minutes by train from the CBD. A district that has enormous potential to return to thr residential dormitory area it once was . Malcolm was different ,that in many ways made him special. He will be missed. Mike
