My Dad, Jim Dunn, relied on Mr Balcombe's professionalism and exceptional customer service and was always astonished at how lucky we were to ever have had him arrive in our small country town. May they both now get to swap notes again in heaven. RIP Mr Balcombe. We are all left with both beautiful and happy memories.
