I was crushed to hear of your passing, only a couple of months ago, and sad to honour your anniversary of remembrance, just a few days ago. The world has lost you, those of us who stayed behind. I just heard the tragic news of Kiri's passing via Geoff Howse and wish to pass on my sincere condolences. I have great memories of working with both you and Kiri in Vietnam over the past decade. For the last 4 years I've been living and working in Africa, but still fondly remember Kiri's calm resolve in tackling Vietnamese bureaucracy and child raising on the streets of Hanoi.
