Mum your quality of life in the last 12 months has been such a struggle for you my darling, but with that struggle, you gave us a little longer to love you and enjoy your company. You were a lover of good books, world affairs, politics, and beautiful music. What a sharp mind you had! The love and empathy you have given your family over the years will always be with us. Your guidance, and lending your ear when we needed you, will always be remembered. You are my beautiful Mother and my best friend. I will miss you so much! It was such a privilege to have you as my Mother and I will treasure our memories of the good times we spent together. Your family adore you and you will be so sadly missed my darling precious friend. This letter is not goodbye to you Mum, we will meet again. Hugs and Kisses From your loving daughter Marg

Over your entire 86 years mum you gave all your unconditional love and understanding. Through thick and thin and all of life’s trials and disappointments, you stood by dad, me and my sisters and indeed all who sought your comfort. You gave love and care without any condition and your life was lived around your loving family and your many friends. My heart is so broken mum. Your last words to me were "I love you" as were my last to you. Whatever place is reserved for us in the universe when that day comes, I know it is a kind and peaceful place without pain or ill-health. You brought me and my two sisters into this world and were always happy to listen and offer support. You did and gave more than any mother could ever be expected to give and then some more. You fought the good fight and now it is over. I had a mum for 51 years. A better mum I could not have found. Along with your granddaughter Shamara, my daughter, farewell mum and nana and we will one day meet again when this sadness will be replaced with a renewed joy, love and togetherness. Till the day I die, the most special place in my heart is reserved for you.

Nanna you made a difference just by being who you are, your inner light shines bright and touched lives both near and far, and even when your gone, you will still forever play a part in the smiles, the priceles moments, that are treasured in our hearts. In memory- and in celebration- of someone who made this world a better place. Will miss popping in to see you nan, having a cuppa and catching up when down from the N.T. Love you always. R.I.P Deb White

Leah STONOR Nanna, you were so special and dear to all of us and I am forever grateful to have had you in our life for such a long time. I know you were tired and deserve to now rest in peace without the struggles you had endured. I will miss our chats on the phone and sitting down at your house going through your box of treasured photographs of times gone by, the fun times I had as a child at your house over school holidays, and thinking you never knew that we pinched lollies from your lollie cupboard ! These memories and many more will remain with me forever. My children know how lucky they were to have such a wonderful great nanna and I know they will hold their memories of you close to their hearts. Sleep well nanna and we will miss you.

I remember My nanna a very intelligent and intellectual person who in my adult life I was able to communicate with over a coffee. Who never had a bad word to say about anyone and remembered everyones birthday and anniversaries. A person who told me stories of her young life and the memories that she had created.

Loyal and loving wife to John Charles Cugley. Mother to Margaret, Elizabeth and Ian. Nana and great nana. Passed on peacefully at RPH after a long illness. My mum. For 51 years you gave me love and understanding and through all of life’s challenges, support. You will be sadly missed by all mum. You are now free and at peace with Grand pop, Nana and Cedric. Though we knew this day was coming soon the end is never easy for those who are left behind. The price we pay for love is grief. One day we will all be together again. You are in our hearts forever mum. Your loving son Ian and your grand daughter Shamara.
