Your boys have so many beautiful memories and keepsakes to hold you close to their hearts for ever, and I am happy that you are now free of pain and free to entertain all the other angels and make heaven an even better place for when we all get there. I never had the pleasure of meeting you face to face Jade, but I followed your journey from start to finish and have drawn strength from your courage in dealing with my own mothers terminal illness, so thank you Jade for all that you unknowingly gave to me. I send all my love to your two beautiful boys now and i wish i could minimise their pain and grief, but know they are surrounded by yours,Jeff's and Jacks lovely family, who will do all they can to support your boys and ensure the rest of their lives are full of love and happiness.
