Ian Gilbo Gilbert has a very special place in our hearts and we were so blessed to have known him, to have shared the odd beer, the odd joke or two, the odd excellent musical track from Edgar and Johnny or to simply chill out. Ian's funeral was held 29 May 2010 and it was the attended by an audience of some 300 plus morners all of which had the highest respect for a lovely loyal and very well respected larrikin. Ian it was a real pleasure to have known you and I am absolutely guaranteed that you did not die wondering what could have been........As Ian would aspouse to the well known theory of "Go Hard or Go Home". Cheers Ian and thanks for all those golden memories. Stevo

Mr Ian Gilbert was one of a kind, Gilbo had such a zest for life that his love and effection for his family and friends was such that he has left such a lasting, positive impression on many of the people that he came in contact with during the his 54 years including myself. Ian was larger than life who made the most out of every day, living life to the max whilst at the same time supporting his immediate and extended family with all the love and support that he had to offer plus some. The world is a much better place for his injection of love and loyal friendship and a very sad and lonely place as a result of his premature passing. No doubt that we will all see you soon enough in "Rock and Roll Heaven" however in the mean time, please enjoy those countless days of blowing your favourite trumpet to the tune of Johnny and Edgar Winter or just ride that 1100cc Suzuki down the road to Jamm with the likes of Dizzy, Louis or Miles. Lots of Love Forever Mark and Robyn Stevo We miss you Mate
