I am so sad to hear of Gerry's passing. I knew he was not well but was not aware that he had passed away. He was a truly a beautiful man, who was humerous, caring and generous. We shared the love of the Geelong football team, and basked in their recent glory together. I listened to his stories of his farm and how much he loved his time down there. and his breathtaking photography of his travels. He showed a genuine interest in the kids he treated offering advice where he could. I thanks you for the care of my children and your ability to always make them feel special when in your company. You will be missed but always remembered.

Deepest sympathy to Dr Dickinson's family. We knew Gerry as patients in his practice over five years until recently. He was always the most lovely, caring and generous of people. We always looked forward to seeing him at my daughter's check ups - he was one of those special people who just radiated goodwill, was so generous in so many ways - with a delightful sense of humour. We admired so much his zest for life and the many outdoor adventures and travel that he had embarked on. He had great skill, both as a clinician and as the most humane and intelligent person - a true inspiration. We feel absolutely honoured to have met him. Again, we send our love and deepest sympathy to all of his family and many friends.
