It is with deepest sadness that I heard the passing of such a remarkable lady of courage, wisdom and knowledge. Lisel was my English teacher for a semester and I will miss her very much. I loved her so much as she taught me so much there is to know about the outside world. I have never met such an inspiring and warm hearted individual. I will miss you so much and wish I could have just spoken to you one last time before you retired. I will never forget our daily emails, tears of laughter and joy and sharing my work with you. I will never forget you calling me 'Fred' from the piece of work I wrote. God bless you xoxoxo
