Sincere condolences to the family for the sudden loss of one still young. Her passing has been a shock for all who knew her.

We are deeply shocked by the news of Elise's death. She was a courageous and dear friend and I have wonderful memories of times past when we had crazy haircuts and homemade clothes (in the latest eighties fashion of course). We shared houses, laughs, tears, long car trips, deep and meaningful discussions on life and love and many many adventures. She had an astute intellect, great sense of humour and a wisdom of life that was always way ahead of us. Her committment to her work and family was a beautiful and rare thing and our hearts go out to Aki and Dan and all her family. A special thank-you to Bec for finding her old friends and letting us know. I wish I could be in Grafton today to meet the people in her life and hear the stories, our thoughts are with you all Jacqui Hill and Michael King Melbourne.

Elise will always be that passionate, competent and confident colleague you need. We will miss her intellect and humour in our daily work.

Elise is also loved and fondly remembered by the Binutti family. When we think of her, we recall an intelligent spirit who enjoyed sharing family history with a refreshing sense of humour, and a young woman who cared deeply for those less privileged. We send loving wishes to her family, especially to Daniel, Aki and Rebecca.
