Dianne sent me the enrolment papers for Christ College catholic teachers college so I have her to thank for thirty years of touching the lives of young people in Australia and Papua new Guinea. She was a woman who loved a laugh and being with people but who was very shy about her own achievements- humble is an appropriate word. I remember nights at The Green Man, The Old Meat Market, and exhibitions of pottery, coffee in Villa maria laughing with Dianne Walsh and Ann Newman sharing laughs and 'arguments' at Ev's.
