I am a family friend of Ernani & Suzette Balitan and knew them when (1971-1982) I was in the USA with my family. Kaye Ann was always a pleasant child with a mild disposition and a joy to her parents. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing - much, much too young to be with be God.
