I have fond memories of my visits with the Johnsons. Our mothers were friends and I fitted in age somewhere between the twins and Noelene. To see that Wendy was only six years older than me is surprising. She seemed so grown up to me then. I remember the older girls, Wendy, Karen and Jenny always being kind to me and inclusive. I remember about 1976/77, when they lived in, I think it was Dundas and they told me that Tony Mitchell from the band of the time, Sherbet lived in their street. Such excitement when I visited them, though, alas, I never saw Tony. So to Elsie, Gary, Karen, Jenny, Noelene, Mark and their families, I'm very sad to hear that you have lost Wendy when she was still so young. My warmest wishes, Karen Allen (Robin's daughter)
