my grandfather was not only my grandpa but the only father figer i had in my life it is fucking makeing me cry juss typing this there is not a day that goes by that i don't think of him

I can remember when I was about 6 or 7 yrs old,my Dad had told all of my friends that he race us all around the block.He said the First one back will win.So all of us kids started running around the block and when he came to the first corner,my Dad turned around and went back,by the time all of us got back to the finish line,my Dad said"What took you kids so long?Well low and behold,my Dad had cheated and we kids started busting out laughing.
