I remember watching Ron walking along Station St in Fairfield, being greeted and greeting so many people along the way. People from all walks of life. He was a very kind, sincere and Christain gentleman who was able to lift other people up, and spent a lot of his life doing that.

Ron aways used cricket analogies with me when I found myself in trouble. "Never dabble outside off stump or you will get caught out in slips." I used these words to great effect and have since found myself a better person for them, A great man who showed me how to be a man. The world is a better place for having Ron in it.
