In 1980 I was a country mum of a terminally ill baby living in QVMC. Prof said 'let's trial a Care by Parent Unit'. So, we trialled something that is now commonplace. Prof also said 'focus on what he CAN do, not what he can't'. That baby went on to law school. Prof's words and actions became incorporated into our family philosophy. RIP Prof. We live a little better for having known you.
