Pete, you were an inspiration to me growing up. My love of bikes and cars stemmed from you! My own Bert Munro living beside me, and you always tinkering in your shed and telling Rover to "Rollover". Miss you lots. I'm surrounded by bikes now days and attend many historic events and wish you were still around to share it with! I was so lucky to have grown up beside you! Thank you for teaching me everything mechanical that you did. I will never forget you. Love Brij. xo

A wonderful friend to Pepe (carol) and Di ). He worked for Ronnie Dabscheck at Easywear in Collingwood. Nothing was a a bother for him always happy to drive anyone in his beloved toyota. One of my favorite memories was when Pete invited Pepe and I (Di ) for a day down at mt Martha driving around in an old Stewart army tank, it was a day we have never forgotten and still laugh about - 45 years later covered in mud black faces being driven home filthy dirty I. Pete' s wonderful old carolla with two million Klms on the clock. A very special part of our lives, a friend, a father figure, a gentleman you enriched our young lives Pete.
