I just wanted to write to you to say happy father's day It has been 4 months since you have been gone and I still cannot believe you are not here with us. I am finally finished with school and I hope to get a good job out of this. Megan also finished school she is going into 4th grade this year I can't believe how big she has gotten she had her dance recital this weekend and she looked so beautiful and danced so nice. Sunny & hot today ,afternoon showers everyday just enough to water everything. Mom was here for a week we had a nice time. We watched movies, went shopping and hung out on the patio. She has so much time on her hands that she's lost not caring for you. Us girls try it's just not the same with out you. We can't change things if we could we would. Angela just had tooth surgery and Angelo is being a good boy. I know he misses you feeding him from the table. LOL Maria is finished with school for know she is thinking about taking a summer class and yes daddy she does say how you told her it's important to get that piece of paper. Joe, well still no work. I haven't written in a while but as you know I do talk to you every morning. I still have a hard time thinking about you being gone. What a guy you were. You always had nice things to say about everyone. This is why when you passed everyone had nice things to say about you. Joe & I are puttsen around the house as you would say. Still no work for him. Hope things get better. I always picture you in our back yard taking your nap in the lounger you loved it so much. Joe misses you. He said he didn't know whether it was easier loosing someone at a young age like his farther or an older age since you have more time with them. I feel it's never enough time we had so much together you always brought me up when I was down. Never give up things will get better that's what you would say. I never did and never will no matter how hard it is I know you are with me. Mommy is ok normal to cry once in a while she said that she wants to be with you. I told her it's not time you fought to the end and that what she has to do. I can't stay on long I start crying. Miss you & Love you.

I'm back home after a week with Mom & Toni. Our family came together Sunday for the Celebration of Life for you & the others that have passed away. What a surprise it was held inside with photos of our loved ones & they had food & drinks. Little palm trees were given to the families for us to plant. My plant sits in your coffee cup & saucer on my window sill were I can see it grow just like we did. My heart breaks when I think about you not being here any more. At times it feels like a dream. daddy we were all at the tribute for you and many others who have passed on within the last 6 months. this is hosted every6 months for those passing on. and were part of vitas hospice program. this was so conforting for all of us. trees were planted as part of the tribute.we are so honored to have shared this beautiful day for you daddy.we miss you and love you so so much.your family

Well it's Easter Sunday, I miss your beautiful smile when I would wake up & come out into the living room. Time has a thing for slipping away. A day doesn't go by that I don't think of you sometimes a tear appears or you put a smile to my face. Next Sunday we will be planting a tree at the park in your memory & I know that will not be easy for us, just knowing that you loved the garden & the planting will help us a little. Oh by the way were you used to plant your spices and your tomatoe plants Mommy noticed that there is one tomatoe plant growing in your garden. This one is really special. I did get palms for you only thing is you can't make me my cross anymore, the one I do have I will treasure always. Well it's been 2 months today that you began your journey to a better life. I was thinking that you must of been greeted by so many of your family & friends. I know that you are sharing your life about your wife, children & work with them. At 87 you looked great, what a sharp dresser you were. Dad you are missed tremendously & we do get our moments but how could we not you were our friend & our farther. I will say you took the joking around from Joe & Ronnie but they taught you well you went along with them then you gave it right back I was surprised sometimes. We do have a lot of memories & we do laugh. I still can't believe that you are gone, what a change our family is enduring & it's rough. Happy Easter XXX OOO

What can I say, you know that things are not the same since you have gone to your new home. Megan is right I look up to the sky and I know you are one of the sparkling stars looking upon us. You are one of our guiding Angel's know. Your family misses you so much. Mom is lost, she wishes you would call out her name and keep her busy again. We are there for her but like you said to Toni without mommy things will not be the same the Dear Lord didn't want you to suffer any more so he took you first. Your fig tree has leaves on it soon the fruit of your labor will show. We will make sure it is taken care of. Mom and you did a lot in your lifetime, you always said to me when I was down that when there are 2 working together it's hard to break the pencil in half and so true, you and Mom endured so much in your life time and at this point we are all trying to focus on the things we all did as a family. One of the many memories we have of your dear Dad was when he came up with you, Joe, Angela, and Maria to visit at the beginning of the summer. We all went up to the Catskill Game on a day that was unusually cold for the end of June. When we pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car it was very windy and cold. Your dad, wearing shorts at the time, said in his cute Italian accent "It's a G.D. cold here". He quickly got back into the car and pulled his long pants up over his shorts. We all laughed. We still talk about it. All of us always enjoyed talking with him and listening to the interesting and funny stories he told. Now he can share more of his stories with Freddie in heaven. When I was 16 and had my permit, you taught me how to paralell park the night before my driving test. Also, you took me for my driving test and I PASSED IT because of you.
