Paul, I leave these thoughts with the greatest respect. As a work collegue and dedicated Manager you had the ability to listen, heed and take decisive action when required. You will be sadly missed by many who hold you in their individual thoughts and prayers. My thoughts go out to your family and relations at this sadest of times.
