I cant believe everything I'm hearing and reading, it doesn't seem possible at all. You are what most people think 'Perfect', you were clearly an angel in disguise. You made such an impact on people from 1st glance. That smile & personality made a lasting mark in everyone's memories. It would be virtually impossible to not like something about you. Your so infectious in everyway. I'll never forget bumping into you one night and I hadn't seen you in years and seeing your smile made my night. Ifirst met Nicky before he joined the Army and he was always little Nicky to me, however I saw him a few years later and well he wasnt so little anymore, he had muscles in places i didnt know exsisted!! But the he still had that cheeky smile and the twinkle in his eyes that we all know and love, and this is one of the many things he will be remembered by, but most of all for being a brave, strong, independant , caring,.............and many many qualities that I could list , he was a true hero and died doing the job he loved. My thought are with his family, close friends and evryone who was lucky to have the pleasure of knowing Nicky Mason. R.I.P babes, and I look forward to the day we will meet again on the other side. You were and always will be one of the kindest and caring people I will ever met. Your beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous smile will be remembered by me forever. I have some great memories of us doing things together at college, at ikon and at your mums. I will miss you so much but will always remember what you said to me the first time you went to iraq and that was that death didn't scare you because it can happen anywhere at anytime and you were doing the job you loved and the job you had always wanted to do. Cheeky chappy Nicky......I could not believe the news when i read the paper, it was such a shock and just made the tragic & sad news so real!! U are such a hero, fighting for our country and making so many people so proud!! U are so special and will never be forgotten!
