Mary, you had a great influence on me and my thoughts of you are invariably fond ones. You taught me a lot about many things: cooking, crosswords, babies, knitting, gardening and most of all the ability to see the reality behind the news. Our walks at Jugiong and picking mushrooms on the slopes behind Talbingo were real highlights. You taught me to be practical and that it doesn't really matter if your washing comes out purple as long as it's clean. Your lamingtons remain unsurpassed. Hoping to catch up with you in the great hereafter. I hope there are mountains there because I know you always wanted to be near them. Robyn.
