I met Margaret while working with a nursing agency - Southern Cross Community Healthcare. Several times a year, Margaret, a few other nurses and I would meet for lunch to enjoy the camaraderie. It came as a shock when I was told she had Motor Neurone Disease because I had experienced seeing the progression of the disease in one of our clients. For a short time I was happy to drive Margaret to "CURVES" to exercise while she still could. Many of us enjoyed celebrating her 60th birthday with her. Margaret was an excellent nurse, kind and generous with her time. She was a wonderful mother and a loyal friend. I will miss Margaret. Joy Harper.
