I really does not seem like is will be three years on November 23, 2008 that you were called by Our Lord, Jesus. We cherish the profound memories of the love you shared with us and for your holy counseling in our time of need I thank you for the wonderful 43 years of love and companionship; you unselfishly gave to my sister, Alma. Dino, Danny, Darcie and Darrien are testaments to carry on your legacy. I vividly remember when you addressed me as “MI CUÑAO, JOSE-HARRY”, specially when you offered me “LOS HELADOS BON- JAME BOND” in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic I know you are looking down on us and joining the celebration of your life with us. With all our love Harry and Margarita

My family and I met Pastor Alicea we were looking for a church. God directed us to the small church back 23 yrs ago. We were very happy with pastor Alicea teachings. Eventually God brought me the man I was to marry. Pastor Alicea married me and my husband 22yrs ago and we been tremenously blessed. He will always be in our thoughts. I know he is now with the lord.

Hermano Manny Alicea. Jesucristo bendiga tu descendencia asi como tus obras te siguen. Nos vemos “en aquel lugar”

At the tender age of sixteen I met the love of my Life. I was finally able to sing..."AT LAST" which was to become our favorite song. Manny, you taught me so many beautiful things in the forty three years that we shared together. You taught me how to love, smile, laugh, trust and to give without expecting anything in return. You made me a woman, a wife, mother (together we created four beautiful children which in turn gave us eight grandchildren who now compose our beautiful family.) You truly made me a better child of God because you taught me how to pray, to trust, to discipline our children well and to serve the Lord in a closer and more excellent way. Thank you for helping me become a better christian. Now I find myself living by your example in all I say and do. I always admired the love you had for the Lord, your family, the church and for the lost souls. I could never forget the unique way you were able to endure pain during your prolonged ilness. (You kept your illness a secret from us for so many years because you could not bear to see your loved ones hurting) MOST OF ALL, I REMEMBER YOUR UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR THE LORD, and how you gave your all to Him. Thank you for the beautiful memories. BUT,.....I HAVE ONE THING I ASK MYSELF DAILY................. WHY din' t you teach me how to LIVE AND BREATHE without you. Miss you babe, I have stopped to smell the roses like your asked me to. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I remember when Pastor Many Alicea week after week would open up the church (Tabernaculo de Jesucristo) and preach the word that God had placed in his heart for that day. I remember as I a teenager that I would compare the school, and the different businesses in the area with our church, TDJ. I would see that we go on vacation for two months in the summer from school. I would also see different businesses close down. And I had asked my mom one day, when is the church going to close down, is their a recess period? However, I thank God, there was never a recess period, because there was a man of God that loved his church, and loved the city of NY. I thank Pastor Many Alicea for while I was growing up, he protected me with sound doctrine, and he killed the Lion and the bear that perhaps could of killed me as a flock in the herd. But I'm sure in his room of prayer. He prayed our generation through and rebuked the devourer, and his works is still living in us. And Even though, I do not pronounce Pastor Many Alicea’s name frequently from my lips, I honor him and remember him through my feet by walking in the word and the teachings he has left me. Even though you sleep now, and are in a better place, you live through our walk. I hope to see you later Pastor Many.

I Can't believe that it's been 3 years already.... It feels like if it was yesterday. You have left an enormous empty space in our hearts that keeps filling up with happy memories you left behind. I will never forget: your teachings, your kindness ( that was one of your best qualities) & also your patience... (You had a lot of patience!). The way you loved Your Wife, Family & Church & above all GOD!!! I will never forget you.... We'll always love & appreciate you... Marlyn, Delaney, Daralyn & Maylin
