words alone cannot describe the level of magnificence Lucky Dube's music possesses. Across the African continent this giant will never be forgotten. Like Bob Marley and Peter Tosh he was not just a great musician he was a genuinely caring person who cared about the state of humanity. His music brought comfort to the oppressed, it helped bring joy to many who were facing tough situations in life. he had a big talent but he had an even bigger heart.

I didn't discover your music until about a year ago. And then shortly discovered that your life had already tragically ended when I was looking you up online. I wish I had been given the chance to meet you, your music is amazing and it speaks an honest truth a lot of people would do well to hear.

I did not learn of you until after your death. I love you and your music!! You were a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. It comes out in your music. My 2 and 3 year old grandchildren LOVE your music!! I don't have the heart to tell them you are no longer with us. I almost cry when they wave goodbye to you when your video goes off. They just don't know and I don't have the heart to tell them you are in the heavens. God bless you! We love you Lucky!! Your music is still spreading love!!!

'Beautiful Dube' your goodness lives on in the memories of those fortunate to know of you. True beauty lives deep within our psychic; incorporating heart, mind and soul; the art of goodness is true beauty, given to us in abundance by ‘God’. No one is perfect but a pretty picture without substance is wasted 'Art' ' Dube, your substance lives on in the memory of your goodness; your good deeds and love for all; many wear your beautiful mantle, cultivate and nurture the seeds of goodness scattered across the world via the highways of your musical talents; your wisdom and love. We love you Lucky Dube.

The uncrowned but actual king of raggae! Death has rendered you immortal. Your place and importance in world history is unquestionably startling! You championed social redress for the deprived. You dominated the balcony of reggae for years with your ideological shows. You toiled in fulfillment of your pledge to humanity which consisted of ennobling the human spirit with flashes of fresh truth which still re-echoes in our hearts. Death cannot conquer you. In the joys of human interaction, we shall always evoke you. You will live in the ideas you have promoted and in the hearts of many who loved and cherished you!
