Lola began teaching me Egg Decorating in 1982 and then supported and gave me invaluable assistance when I began the Egg Artistry Guild in NSW. She then pushed me to venture to USA to attend Seminars in several States to further my knowledge. Lola also assisted me in being the first to bring Egg Artistry Teachers from USA to Sydney for a series of Seminars. One of my favourite memories is Lola giving my daughter, who was quite young then, the "job" of washing up whilst she gave me help with a design or just enjoyed a cup of tea together. My daughter still remembers this. A long and interesting life, Lola will be missed. xx

I learnt the art of egging from Lola in the early Eighties. A more patient and generous teacher could not be found. She was always helpful and ready with a hint or suggestion in regards to a problem one was having. She created many wonderful eggs and was the top of the pinnacle we all aspired to. I will miss her. Vale, Lola.
