I will always remember the guidance Leon Hort gave me, on how to think like a lawyer, when I was starting out on my career in the law, at what was then called the NSW Planning and Environment Commission, where I was a legal Officer and he was the Head Solicitor. Many years later, we met up again, this time at the Liberal Catholic Church. Leon was a true gentleman, and a most decent and spiritual man.
