you and my family go way back. i remember you as one of my dad's buddies. i remember my family coming over to your place, and every now and then you and your family coming over to our place when i was a child. i used to hang out and chill with your kids (who i am thrilled to see have all grown). my dad told me alot about you. you truly are a cool guy. and i have to say one of a kind. you're definitely one of the few people to inspire me to take interest in rock music and heavy metal. and i am so glad i got to know you better the last time me and my family visited you. that is indeed a very good memory i had. you rock and will always rock. me and my family will miss you dearly. rest in peace my friend

I have alot of memories of my Uncle Kit from family gatherings and Christmas time but I do not have enough he was taken from us to early. One thing that always stood out to me about him was how strongly he felt about anything he believed in and he was never scared to voice his opinion on anything. I know the last years have been hard for him and he is in a better place now but here he will be missed but NEVER forgotten.

32 years I have known you on this earth. The good times and the bad. If I ever wanted to lighten up a hard conversation I just had to ask a question about the Bible. Once you started talking about the love of God, all else was forgotten. You worked hard for your family. Always made sure there was a roof over our heads and food on the table. During family time at night you would add your own funny versions to the Bible stories to make sure the kids would remember them. One of my favorites was Shadrack, Meshack and a Billy-goat. We would laugh and laugh. Before the kids went to bed we would all hold hands and sing,"Bind us together ,Lord." You were one of my favorite teachers to sit under and listen to. You made the Word of God come alive. I didn't always understand you, didn't always agree with you, but I have always loved you. I wish we knew way back when about your illness. Life would have made so much more sense. You always had a heart for the homeless and people less fortunate than you. No matter what was going on with you on the outside, your insides were always about Jesus, helping others, and giving of yourself. Your kids have a lot of that in them. You have left wonderful treasures in your children behind. There will be certain songs I hear that your face dances before me. I still don't like heavy metal, but certain songs and groups I hear bring a smile to my face along with great memories. There were few things we walked in sync on. Some of them were our belief in God almighty, salvation through Jesus Christ, helping people where they were, forgiveness for transgressions- ourselves and others, and the love of our kids. I will miss you Kit. I know you are out of pain, physically and mentally. You have fought the good fight. You have finished your course. Jesus has called you home!!

Kit was a true friend, a brother, and at many times a father to me. I remember so many times being puzzled about certain scriptures or current world events. All I had to do was pick up the phone and ask Kit what things represented or what God had intended us to learn from it. Kit would always set me on the right course as to where to research the facts. I met Kit back in 1992 when he brought Vengeance Rising in concert. I called the number in the ad to get info, and we spoke for almost an hour that afternoon never even speaking prior to that. I watched his children grow up from very young into the parents and adults they are today. He loved all his children and adored his grandchildren with all his heart. As far as what Kit would want you to know, Kevin hit the nail on the head in the above post. Christine is so right in the fact that Kit would bounce with joy when Jesus was talked about. So many times when I was at my lowest points in life, Kit would always be there to reassure me of the fact that Jesus NEVER leaves us, nor forsakes us. I will forever miss our conversations about life and his prophetic predicitons about what the near future would bring. I have "temporarily" lost a brother, but I know that one day we will laugh together again, this time in the presence of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Kit I owe so much of my Christian growth to you, and I owe even more to you for the countless memories of the Christian conerts you allowed me to be a part of and the radio show you allowed me to be a part of too. You will always be considered my greatest friend in life, my brother, and even at times my father. I miss you greatly friend. Please keep an eye on me and never allow me to stray from the truth! I Love You My Brother in Christ! I can't wait to see you jam with Jesus!!!

Have you trusted in Jesus? Do you believe that he died on the cross for your sins that he loves you so much that If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved. Kit would want nothing else but for his family and friends to believe this as he did. I have heard Kit say this before ' NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IT'S NEVER TO LATE TO TURN YOUR LIFE BACK TO JESUS . Don't let the sun go down tonight without asking him in or back in to your life. I love you Kit your brother in Christ Kevin Pike

It's been many years since I spent time with my cousin Kit, visiting him and his family in Rhode Island when I was on leave from the Army. Before that was as a child in Ft Walton. I remember my times with Kit with pleasure. He was always nice to a younger cousin that he only got to meet a few times. His heart and hospitality were always equally open. My daughter Kaylin Grace Carle was born on the 15th just before Kit passed away. I had hoped to one day make a journey with her to meet all my cousins and family that I hadn't seen for many years and to especially introduce her to Kit. Though the family diminishes with your loss Kit, know that the family also increases and we will remember you. With Love, Your cousin Scott Carle

Of all the wonderful, sincere Christians I've had the blessed opportunity to meet in my walk with Christ, Kit Carle, by far, had the most beautiful, child-like faith I have ever seen. When we spoke of Jesus, Kit would literally begin to bounce in excitement. When I think about Christian music, I can't help to think about Kit. He absolutely LOVED music and I envision him rocking out right now in glory, giving total praise to our Lord & King. I love you, Kit! Save me a place beside you. I'll be there soon... Your friend and sister in Jesus Christ, Christine Steel

All our car trips together from Tampa to FWB and everywhere else. Blasting awesome music and talking as loud as we can to hear each other over the music... those are the times I miss the most.

We lived in R.I together, Kit was doing a job in Albany, NY. We got a call from Deb saying that he broke down in Albany. Three hours later at 1 am there Kit sat waiting for us to arrive. Seeing him jump out of his car and being so greatful that we were there to pick him up. The fellowship we had on the way home. We arrived back in RI about 8 am on Sunday morning. We didn't go to church that morning due to exhaustion but we had church on the way home. The fellowships and bible studies we had the Carle's house were awesome! They were there for everyone. Nothing was to hard for Kit if he could bring someone to Jesus! We love you Kit!

I remember going street witnessing ,and visiting the jail ,giving luncg bags to the poor. I will never forget our special rides with dad when he would set aside a special day just to spend some one on one time with us and spoil us for the day
