my memory of her is that she was always happy ,smilling , and she liked my guitar playing ah even when i sucked at it ,a verry sweet persson , some one i trust ,a good friend, im verry shocked to know ths happend to her ,she was the girl with the heart of gold,i will always remember her,god thoes work in strange ways , my best wishes to bryce n whitney , alex fuentes

Kelsey is the best sister i could have possibly hoped for; she is a huge part of who i am. im so lucky to have had her my entire life until now... its never long enough. She's impossible to forget, and i miss her more than anything.

I was actually on the boat behind her boat. Im very sadden'd about this tragic evennt. She seemed like a very nice girl while we were on the bus ride to the river. Everyone on the boats was very traumatized, including a little 4-5 year old girl who was crying so much when we found out that they couldnt find the body.

I was actually on the boat behind her boat. It's such a sad thing, this girl seemed very nice. We were on the same bus ride to the river and she was laughing and smiling. she was also very pretty. Everyone is so sadden'd to hear about this since this could have been anyone on those 2 boats. There was also a young 4-5 year old girl on the same boat as kelsey's with her parents. The little girl was so traumatized when she found out the missing girl never made it. rest in peace kelsey
