Dear June, I have so many wonderful memories of you and times spent at Wentworth Street in the early '60s. You were always full of laughter and sunshine. We had many happy lunches at David Jones, the Wentworth Hotel and of course, lots of occasions at Shellcove Road. We adored you, especially Reckless Reggie and Madge. I loved the way you could put Sheila in her place - not many would dare to take on that task. Your kindness and support of her when she went to the nursing home was wonderful and if I haven't done so already, I thank you for that. I can remember giving that disjointed, unprepared speech at Sheila's funeral. I was trying not to laugh as you were smiling at me and had that cheeky twinkle in your eyes. It was not easy standing up there!! Rest peacefully with your beloved Basil and Chrissy and the rest of the family, including Tumba - yes I remember him too!! Love always, Kim Sheppard (Curtis) your first cousin, once removed. I am still working on the family tree and trying to keep my sanity.

June, I have so many wonderful memories of you and visits to Wentworth Street in the very early '60s. You were always full of laughter and sunshine. We all adored you, especially Reckless Reggie. You could always put Sheila in her place and I loved that about you. All those lunches we had at David Jones and the Wentworth Hotel and times spent together at Shellcove Road. You were watching me at Sheila's funeral when I gave that very disjointed, unprepared speech; I was trying not to laugh, but you were not helping with that big smile and the cheeky twinkle in your eyes. Now with your beloved Basil and Chrissy and the rest of the family and Tumba!! Love always, your first cousin once removed, Kim Sheppard (Curtis) - yes I am still working through the family tree!!
