I will never forget the kindness this man shows our family during a dark time. My oldest son was hospitalized for a series of seizures that almost took his life a few times. During this time my husband Jeff was in Iraq. John stayed with the whole time. He brought me food and held Landon while I ate. He made sure my youngest was cared for while his brother was in the hospital. He made me laugh, reminded me of how strong I could be, and made sure when Landon took his turns for the worse, he held me tight and didn’t let any nurses or doctors leave me in the dark. Not only did he become a beacon of light in a dark time, he was a huge role model for my husband. Jeffrey would come with stories of this wonderful man and how much he helped sculpt his career while in he Air Force. You will truly be missed John. My heart is heavy and I will never forget your kindness. We love and miss you.
