I was a 17y.o when Dr Gannon employed me. My dream job and a dream boss. He loved his carrot cake that Mrs Gannon made for him. He liked his sink cleaned multiple times a day with metho or peroxide (cant quite remember). I once broke a $60 bottle of benadryl on delivery. Dr gannon said I had to pay for it out of my wages. I accepted that. When I got my wages he never did deduct me. As long as you were willing to learn he would teach you. That's what I learnt. Even when he was real busy if a client wanted to see him he would pop into the consult with the other vet to get the diagnoses and share his treatment plan, always with respect the the other vet. He was always delightful and non judgemental. He even saw my dingo!!! My condolences with you all.
