One year on Helen our love, our family, our friend. Every day we miss you and we have just returned from a trip to see Jono where we were with you two years ago. The joy then that defined your place was missing and sorely missed. Ruben took the pyjamas you made for him. And wore them. You own a piece of our hearts for ever. We love you baby. Sam Damien Seth and Ruben.
Thank you Helen for all the support you gave my daughter through her apprenticeship with Charlie and Heather and your friendship to us all. Our world has being a better place for knowing you. Jackie and I are saddened we will not be able to share our memories on Saturday with family and friends. We know it will be a wonderful day. The Thorne Family.
"To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die" Thomas Campbell Helen, we miss seeing you on the main street in the morning ...coffee in one hand, tape measure around your neck....off to the "cave" to do a days work behind the machine. You dubbed me "palace" and we still smile when we think of you and your way with words. Rest comfortably
Helen, you were brave against the odds. May you rest in peace. With love from your 6th Floor St Vincent's nurses.
