so many years ago I came and went in the Dixon household on a daily weekly basis. Helen (or in those days as 7 year old "Mrs Dixon" to me) always warmly welcomed whoever walked in the door never short of a story, an activity or dinner. The Dixon house being my other home for much of my childhood and teenage years. . Time has me in another place and the days in Mt Dandenong firmly another part of my life, but even with the passing of fifty years since I was first welcomed into the household the memories remain joyous and warm of a lovely lady and a good mother.
