My Nan holds a special place in my mind and my heart. Her role in my life has been large and full, and I know that I am forever part of what she has done and where she been and how she spent her time because a little part of me went too. I remember all the time I have gone to her to confide, when she has in fact known each time when I had told the truth and when in fault I had lied. My Nan was that special someone, who was as dear as she could be. She was someone who was there for us all no matter what we did. Someone we could turn to for some warmth and friendship too. She was always proud of our accomplishments, and she though our faults were slight, she was a welcome comfort when things were not going quite right. My Nan could make a sad heart happy, she could make the smiles appear, my Nan was thoughfulness and helpfulness and cheer. My Nan was wisdom in its full for she had learned along life's way how to cope with all the problems that can come up in any day. She was someone who was patient gentle thoughtful and kind and I guess you would say my Nan was life's nicest things combined. Today I leave this tribute as I want all to know what a difference you have made in my world, and I want to wish you everything happy, everything good and everything beautiful in your world.
