I have so many favourite memories of my grandad. I loved the way he took everyone under his wing and made us feel loved and accepted. He was never judgmental and always put others before himself. He was one of those relatives you'd chose to be related to if you were able to pick your family. He was a great role model and someone I deeply admire. I love you grandad and always will. The most favourite memory I have of my father is from shortly after my twin daughters were born (1992). I was pregnant again and Dad told me to go and have a nice hot bath and relax. When I came out of the bathroom he had put my 1yr old son to bed and was sitting on the floor with the 5 month old twins either side of him in their bouncers feeding them for me. That was so typical of my Dad, always thinking of other's needs before his own. I miss you and I love you Dad. You are my hero!
