I was a Catholic priest at Quirindi in 1971, and wrote an open letter to Rugby Union players likely to be chosen to play against the Springboks on their 1971 tour of Australia. Not sure how Mr Klugman got a copy - but am told he quoted in during an adjourment debate on 22/4/71, for which I remain grateful. I regret trhat I never actually met him!
