Dora Potocka was my great aunt and I have many fond memories of her visits to England. She enjoyed the walks in the great parks of Windsor and Richmond, West London during the summer and early autumn seasons very much. When she became too frail to travel I visited her in Sydney in late 1997. She was the last of the Dlugaj clan who escaped war-torn Poland in the 1940s and I will miss her a great deal as I also miss my Uncle Romek (Pan Roman Potocki).
