In loving memory of my Godmother Aunty Dorothy, the only aunt who’d been there throughout my entire life, who saw me from baby to grown woman, to my mother’s best friend and confidant, they’d known each other since they were 17. Always perfectly coiffed, always with something to tell you, to make you laugh, my aunt was a large part of my life when I was growing up. My aunty was an incredible person, loved by so many people, for good reason. I was extremely fortunate to have her as my aunt; she was an important role model, together with my Uncle Eric in my life.
