My memories of Aunty Deirdre will always be fond. She was always fun loving and delightful character, and she will be sorely missed by one and all. One of my favourite memories of her was when I was young and she came to visit us in Melbourne. We took her to the beach, and I left my favourite wallet behind, but didn't realise until later. I was really upset, but she held my hand the entire way back to the beach to comfort me. The other memory I have is after Bri's wedding, we were driving her back to her home, and everyone was exhausted. I jokingly said to Aunty Deirdre that we should go out and party. She agreed. She was serious. She was the oldest person in the car, yet the one with the most amount of life! She was an amazing person, and her kind and generous ways will always be remembered. She will live on in our hearts forever. I miss you, and I wish I could be there tomorrow to say a proper goodbye. I'll be thinking of you always. xxoo Jessica Dodemond

We got to see you one last time, you knew, we didn't, you held our hands longer then expected, it was hard to walk away.
