Dave and I became good friends over 20 years ago when he came to Westpac at Ryde to be my assistant MA. His dry wit and sense of humour soon saw us not only playing foolish pranks on each other at work, but also after hours when he wanted to see a band, I went to. Many New Years Eve's, birthdays, Weddings, and concerts together gave us both a great friendship without the ties. In fact even when I first met my now husband, Brian, Dave rang him up to ask for his permission to take me to a Diana Ross Concert as he needed a "date". Dave you were a gentleman, a treasured friend whom we were always there for each other, I just wish that you had let me in to your world towards the end. I know you had your wishes and I respected that. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. My love to your family, they bought up a beautiful man.
I met David when I moved back to Sydney & was placed at Macquarie Centre. David was a very kind & generous man. He loved a good laugh.Through him I met my husband Ross. I hope he is at peace now. Our thoughts go out to family. Thinking of you. Ross & Holly Marshall xoxoxo
